Emma Scott

I believe that yoga isn't just about the physical practice, but also the mental and emotional benefits that come along with it. My classes incorporate a mindfulness practice that allows you to disconnect from the outside world and focus on the present moment. I also include meditation to help cultivate a sense of inner peace. My Flow classes offer challenging but accessible sequences that push you to your edge while simultaneously grounding you in the present moment.
